Summary	478: Forced profile completion
Description	If new required CPFs are added after joining, or apply specifically to a usergroup a member has been added to, allow Composr to force the user to complete their profile to continue using their account, This should be controlled via an option. Values: - No enforcement (default) - Attach a message asking them to complete their profile - Full enforcement
