Summary	4638: Configuring for guest permissions to actually be modal user permissions
Description	You may want to use RSS/Atom to syndicate content to somewhere else. However, that content may not be guest accessible and thus not show in feeds. Allow configuring Composr to map the permission test user to the modal user rather than the guest user, if running as a guest.
