Summary | 3807: Composr success programme (ongoing)
Description | Here's a simple idea, but I think a more effective and useful way of thinking about marketing... Rather than directly trying to promote Composr, pick individual users (say for a month), and mentor them to ensure they are successful. The hopeful result is another successful Composr site, another happy community member who can give back, actual concrete improvements to Composr, and someone willing to shout about Composr from the rooftops. Obviously we can't just pore in unlimited support resources to all users, but I think targeted engagement like this that is very results-driven and human-driven would be an excellent initiative. Consider weekly scheduled conversations / work, and at the end of it ask them to go through a programme of development or marketing to give back.
