Summary	3290: Select what to show on join form
Description	Provide a multi-select list of optional things to show on the join form. e.g. (Rules) Username First name Last name DOB Country Timezone Receive e-mails from staff Receive e-mails from members Language Composr would then do whatever magic to make it work like that: - Changing config options - Setting "Show on join form" for CPFs - Adding new CPFs based on our boilerplate system
