Summary	3130: "Shopping cart" blocks
Description	2 new blocks: 1) shopping cart top block (just shows a link to the cart if you have something in it, with number of items and total price) 2) shopping cart side block (shows mini summary of cart contents)
Additional Information	I saw PrestaShop having a cool feature on http://www.buydistilledwater.co.uk/ - if you add an item to the cart it shows the image float off to the cart block which updates via AJAX. Probably we wouldn't implement that by default, but I thought it was cool.
