Summary	3012: Animated "working" icon for buttons
Description	I just saw a cool effect where you click on a button and you get a working icon built into the button. We could do this, replacing button icons with a spinner icon if an in-progress style was set. Currently we just disable the button, so this can be tacked onto that same code.
