DescriptionRather than having to type it into the default value field using pipes, have JavaScript automatically turn on a multi-line input field that you can type into (multiple text inputs stacked).

I think we should re-work how it is stored in the database too. Probably re-work to use a similar list format to config option hooks.

This way the 'default' value can be moved over as a way of specifying the default list entry (currently the default is the first).
