Summary	2853: change detection refresh causes movement in page scrolling
Description	When content changes and the change detection script triggers a refresh, the page scrolls, usually to the top. This may frustrate users trying to use the website. It may be better to not have the scroll bars move during the refresh.

PDStig 2016-10-03 19:24 administrator ~4362	I found an option to set in the INTERNALISE_AJAX_SCREEN template that tells AJAX not to scroll to top. Unfortunately, setting this to false does not work; page still scrolls to top.
