Summary2805: modifying the Favicon tutorial instructions
DescriptionGentlemen & Ladies
I recently started to learn/use Composr (beginning with RC10 & now using RC16). I’ve not upgraded to RC17—which was released today.
This morning, I decided to upload a Favicon to my (underdevelopment site) since there was a “to do” list item. I, actually, hadn’t created a Favicon for the development site yet, so I picked a navicon.ico from a site that I maintain.
Clicking on the “to do” item, I was taken to a screen that permitted me to upload successfully. The navicon then appeared on the Firefox browser command line as it was expected.
I then set about creating a new navicon for the new site.
Not having seen references to navicon, I did a search via the Help section of Adminzone. This directed me to a tutorial written by Steve Jarvis entitled ‘Composr Supplementary: How to Change Your Favicon and Site Logo in Composr’.
I successfully navigated through steps 1- 6, however on step7, there is no entry for “Favicon”. After looking at several items that I thought might be related I then went the embedded link “Supplementary web technologies (media, social networking, etc.”. This tutorial was written by Chris Graham.
Scrolling down to the section regarding Favicons—Editing the favicon theme image through steps 1-3. At the bottom of the step is the command to “Select the favicon image), except this is the same list that didn’t contain the “favicon” item.
So, my questions: What is the method to modify the favicon? Are the instruction wrong or is the favicon item missing from the list?
One final thought: I would like to commend everyone involved with Composr for an outstanding product. I am aware that the has been a lot of changes made to the product in the last few months and do understand that thinks can be missed.

Both tutorials share the same issue, it says to expand the category named after your site, but actually it's the category titled "(unnamed)" (the first one). favicon is in there.
