sorry it took some tome to reply haven't had time to test it more before now. and i saw you removed the issue

the problem is the popup window for upload file when clicking on img attachment in the WYSIWYG editor don't show up.

i made a fresh installation of composer Version 10-RC9
i can now reproduce this problem on both my computers with windows 10 with both chrome and Internet explorer and Steams big picture web browser, when i tested it on my other devices such as android and Ubuntu, there is nothing wrong, the upload file window shows up.

I have also tested many other WYSIWYG editor on other places and have no problems with them. old ocPortal, CKEditor, Froala WYSIWYG HTML Editor, Redactor II
Steps To Reproduce1. windows 10 with any web-browser, i use chrome
2. edit any page in the Composr website
3. click on the icon with an IMG in the WYSIWYG editor
4. "Nothing happens" this is the problem, when i click on the IMG attachment it wont open up the upload file window. like it does on Ubuntu and android
Additional InformationI'm going to test it on The schools windows 10 computers later on to day to see if i happens on them to...

I tested on the schools computers, both on vista and windows 10 with chrome and IE same thing happens. the window for uploading the image does not show on any of them.

I can reproduce a problem when disabling WYSIWYG temporarily, then clicking the non-WYSIWYG "Add image" toolbar button.

I'll look at that, but otherwise I can't reproduce. I'm 50:50 on whether or not this is the issue you found.

Ok so I've fixed the issue I found. If you want to test, upload this new themes/default/javascript/editing.js file:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ocproducts/composr/d2a4a133e2062c642639f22af5e114c8f8142540/themes/default/javascript/editing.js

If that's not the issue, recording a little Jing screencast would help.

I did try and reproduce with WYSIWYG on in Windows 10 on Chrome and IE and it seemed okay.
