Summary	2568: Support typed emoticons in semihtml (WYSIWYG)
Description	If WYSIWYG has any HTML (including linebreaks) then emoticons won't parse. This is to preserve HTML integrity. A smarter approach would be to support emoticons within particular contexts- outside defined all the HTML elements, and within elements except for script and style elements.
