Summary	2330: Filter by assignment
Description	Add the ability to only show tickets assigned to yourself. For this to work efficiently we need to move the assignment into a proper 'tickets' table field, rather than relying on an embedded post. The Hook_change_detection_tickets class needs updating to respect filters too.
