Summary	2160: Humanisation feature upgrader integration
Description	Integrate the humanisation feature into the upgrader, as a feature to see what changes WOULD apply to upgrade a theme, without actually doing it. Also generally allow browsing through all the JSON files on disk, to see what they mean in English.
