Summary	2126: Resource-fs: Make config options portable
Description	A few config options contain references, e.g. to forums. These should be made portable when transferring between sites. For this to work we must support writing raw IDs and JSON objects into the fields, so as to not impair normal Commandr usage of /etc. ... or we might make an etc_portable mapping (probably better)
