Summary	2100: Optimise forum layout for mobile
Description	If you look at an app like Tapatalk, you can see how well you can optimise things. 1) Buttons to fit into neat toolbars, rather than a desktop-like interface of multiple floated button sets 2) You can have very simple lists of buttons to navigate through content, rather than complex grid layouts. 3) Simplify out unneeded things, e.g. remove rank images. 4) Employ tapping to select posts, rather than separate checkboxes. Do this for our HTML forum. For 1/2, probably do in line with 2096.
