Summary	2099: Much simpler content editing for mobile
Description	Disable emoticon selector on mobile, as emoji's may be easily entered. Remove things like 'bold', as they are really unnecessary for someone just quickly writing content on a mobile device. All this should be done within templates, in case a site really wants to put it back in.
