Summary	2097: Strip down Comcode for mobile mode
Description	For our Tapatalk implementation, we heavily strip down Comcode (no sizes, no fonts, no floats - just sequential) for simple mobile rendering. Implement this as a symbol so we can also apply it for mobile mode for the forum.
