Summary	2066: Allow disabling of banner networks
Description	An option to allow enabling showing of community iframe code when you add a banner, as well as display of external site tracking data. This should be disabled by default, hence simplifying the default implementation of the banner system.

Chris Graham 2015-11-07 01:41 administrator ~3144	Simply made it so if staff add the banner, they don't see the message about external usage. The docs cover it too anyway, which the staff can read - but now casual staff won't be bothered about stuff 99% of them will never use.
