Summary1995: New reports do not show up in Admin checklist unless manually marked as unread
DescriptionFor some strange reason, on my site at least, when someone reports something (either through the forum or through the addon) and Composr creates a thread in reported posts, it does not show up in the Admin checklist unless someone were to mark those new topic threads as unread (even though they already appear as unread in the forum).
Steps To Reproduce1. Report something via. forum or via. reportedcontent addon
2. Check the admin checklist. "Reported posts forum" does not show up when it should.
3. Go to the actual forum and mark all topics as unread.
4. Go back to admin checklist and "reported posts forum" now shows up.
Additional Information1. This problem applies to all staff as a whole, not individually. For example, a new report does not show up on any staff's checklist... and if one staff marks them as unread, it will show up on the checklist of all staff.

2. Reported posts forum has proper view permissions for staff.

3. reportcontent addon spits out an additional error to designated staff when someone reports something via the addon; apparently it doesn't create a title for the topic like it should, like Conversr reporting does.

Thanks for the clear report. There's actually a few issues here related to block caching. The 'mark as unread' trick didn't actually solve it, more likely the block caching expired or the CRON process cleared it, or a submit action cleared it. A few things correctly cleared that blocks caching, but not the messages and reporting systems, which is where the issues were.

So theoretically if a report is made, it should show up in the checklist after the next CRON execution?
