Summary	1972: Usergroup enter hooks
Description	Set up hooks to run when a member is entered into a usergroup or removed from a usergroup. Hook has methods like: entered_usergroup($member_id,$group_id,$as_primary) left_usergroup($member_id,$group_id,$as_primary) Provide a developer addon tutorial that shows a hook coded to change some notification settings for a member entering a particular group.
