Summary	1882: Hierarchical news
Description	Have an option to turn on support for news category hierarchies. Keep it off by default so things can stay simple. News hierarchies are important for sites with a huge number of articles that need a complex arrangement, where you can dig down to more and more specificity via a browsing metaphor. Tags already allow multi-categorisation with a broad category set, but that has no browsing due to lack of a hierarchical relationship.
