Summary	1872: Support external RSS feeds in newsletter content generation
Description	Currently you can choose content types and categories within, to auto-generate newsletters (taking all content made since a certain cutoff date). You can also run this automatically on a timer ("periodic newsletters"), with the cutoff date being set automatically (everything since the last newsletter). It would be nice to be able to also set these up against external RSS feeds, so that a newsletter could include all the new items of that feed.
