Summary	1839: Auto-binding of URL parameters and cookies to fields
Description	Allow fields (CPFs, catalogues, custom fields) to have a default value of <environment>. If set, the default is read from a matching keep_* parameter or cookie. If set, the field is passed as a hidden field, with no UI.
