I had a similar issue when trying to upgrade to 9.0.18 (except all I got was a blank page). The fix for me was applying the add-on hotfix at http://compo.sr/tracker/view.php?id=1814 . But I think this hotfix should have been a part of 9.0.18 .

I just tried the upgrade today. I agree that it should apply however on my end its not applying the upgrade and I can't locate the error.

I appreciate that this will be an urgent issue to you and I want to help you resolve it.

Please provide significantly more information though. You didn't mention how you tried to perform the upgrade, at what point this error started happening (e.g. after performing a certain step of the upgrader), the main error message, or in what situations the error message happens (e.g. whenever trying to load a page of the site, or only within the upgrader itself).

Specifically regarding the main error message - this would have been shown above "Integrity check" (the "Integrity check..." bit is just further information designed to help, not itself the error message.

There is no other message displayed Chris that was a direct copy and paste from my screen. Its also not showing anything in the audit trails I have two other sites that I redone to test. They installed by Arvixe 9.0.13 version then went to admin panel to the upgrader and all went fine. My main site www.brat-rats.com is version 9.0.17 and won't upgrade. the above is all that is stated for the reason. Sorry.

Hi,

I believe xanaftp is correct, this is an issue upgrading from 9.0.17 unfortunately.

Just manually go to http://compo.sr/tracker/view.php?id=1814, download hotfix-1814, 2015-03-05 2pm.tar, and extract the files to your FTP (i.e. overwrite sources/global2.php and sources/input_filter.php). Upgrade will then work after that.

The issue is 9.0.17 is blocking the upgrade TAR URL and changing it to your base URL, then the upgrader is getting confused. The hotfix corrects that.
