Summary	1648: Post sequence IDs on threaded view
Description	On threaded view, allow showing sequence IDs for the posts. Also include this on the new v10 tree map feature. I believe we have an option to allow sequence IDs (instead of DB ID numbers) for the non-threaded view already.
