Does this happen all the time, or only after performing an action (e.g. submitting a form, adding / editing / deleting content, etc.)? There is already a known bug similar to this on the tracker. I assigned it to Chris because I tried fixing it but could not. But in that issue, it only happens after performing an action mentioned above.

I have noticed it in the screen where you add items to a catalogue. In the main admin zone dashboard the link functions as normal.

Got it, it is a duplicate of #5933 which I assigned to Chris as I couldn't fix it myself.
