I noticed that too. I think it happens after doing any edit of any content or settings, not just pages. I suspect the redirection notice is causing site_messaging to break.

Cannot fix; assigning to Chris.

Issue is that no matter what I try, something is escaping the HTML when the Tempcode gets saved into the database (even after changing the field type to LONG_TRANS__COMCODE).

This applies to all messages (with Comcode or Tempcode in them), not just ones from the site_messaging addon. See #6061 .
