It appears last on that screenshot, but I am only showing the first row. There are 20 cards in total.

Are you using the back button to add more and more? I believe this is because we have the date pre-populated onto the form under metadata, which now I think about it is not a good thing.

No, all new entries were added from the add new entry link.

Can you confirm that...

a) You've done a pull in the last day or so

b) The entries have different listed add times when you view them

I'm going to mark as fixed for now because I think I fixed this during the week, and I just fixed the back-button issue I found. Please reopen if you don't agree.
