Hi,
I have just mass added to an existing gallery and that works fine. Images are added to the server and not cloudinary as expected.
Not sure what it is doing when adding an image one by one - is it supposed to add to Cloudinary ?

Ok, re-visited this today and tried a mass add to the same gallery and it worked fine - so not really sure what was going wrong - maybe you can see from the stack trace.

There was a very complex downloader issue which we also spotted on the dev site, relating to Cloudinary for newly generated files.

I have just applied the same fix (switching to preference of cURL over ocP's own downloader).
