If you go to edit the page, you'll see the revision history is there. This satifies '2'/'4'/'5'/'6' (except '6' is via bold not green).
1-- Put on separate UI (probably as a filter on the global change-log history activated by the button you speak of). 4 hours.
3-- Add a facility to compare any arbitrary two revisions. 2 hours.
I'd actually question if '3' is needed. I always found this slow and confusing on Wikipedia, I'd think the tooltips are more intuitive, much quicker, and give you what you need.
There is a wider discussion that we eventually would like to add universe revisions to all of Composr. Eventually the code for revisions will probably be generalised and moved into a new shared subsystem.
