False alarm, the URL was not generating properly

Ugh, the false alarm is a false alarm; the actual view page of the admin_lookup module is still broken despite having generated the wrong module in the original issue.

So to clarify: the issue was the new action log table on the investigate user screen was generating admin_lookup URLs instead of admin_actionlog. However, admin_lookup's 'view' page is still broken regardless.

Mysteriously resolved somehow; probably a related fixed bug. Will remove the warn_exit lockout in 11 beta9.
