Automated response: My Orders does not update when the sale has been canceled
Orders keep getting created every time a change in the shopping cart is made (even emptying it).
This hotfix should take care of this; a new order is only created if one is not already in progress (unless the in-progress one is already tied to a transaction or not awaiting payment). Furthermore, when the shopping cart is emptied, the relevant order will either be deleted or cancelled depending on if any notes were attached to it.
