We apologize for the instability of composr.app and appreciate your patience. We are working on the statistics addon and trying to find an optimal way to store and render data. Unfortunately, we have yet to find a solution that can handle the traffic (and therefore, tens of millions of statistical records) of composr.app. We're working hard on one.
In order for the "blogs" tab to show up on user profiles, all of the following conditions must be met:
* Members must have "have personal categories" privileges for cms_news (I don't believe they do by default but you can check under Security > Global Privileges > Submission, I think, or you can use permissions tree editor)
* The "Separate blogs" option must be enabled under Admin Zone > Setup > Configuration > Feature Options > News (it is disabled by default, so check to ensure this is enabled)
* The hidden option 'blogs_tab_enabled' must not be set to 0 (by default, it is not set / does not equal 0)
Please confirm all of the following above. If you still don't see the blog tab, I'll investigate further. Thank you!
OK I got it activated and yes it shows now. BTW might also look at what happens in the profile tabs.... I noted that the layout is a bit off. See the attached. A minor thing
.
I'm going to close this issue since there's no bug with the blogs tab. Please open a separate tracker issue for the layout problem you attached and re-attach it to the new issue. Also please specify v11 in the future so I know which version you're talking about. I appreciate it!
