Upon further thought, I don't like the term "should use". Perhaps instead we should say something like "This feature is intended for rewarding other members for high-quality content or good deeds." And the escrow section says "This feature is intended for sending points to a member as a transaction for something else, such as a product, piece of content, or service."
By using this language, we can set clear the intent of the features but without the dogma of "requiring" sites to use them in that way as would saying "should".
