The bug is caused by invalid html within an html comcode tag. Specifically, in the post above, the stack trace was not fully posted in the last hide... part of the table was cut off and thus the td, tr, tbody, and table tags were not closed. All the footer content ended up in the hide tag, probably a result of Chrome trying to auto-fix the invalid HTML.

User error, not a bug. But see #5353 for a possible v12 solution.
