Unfortunately, we have yet to find a solution that can handle the traffic (and therefore, tens of millions of statistical records) of composr.app. We're working hard on one.
#4667 - Reset Password routine may not be working properly
I went through the reset password process using a test account, and the process worked fine. So it must be an issue on the user's end. I'm checking with him and asking him to try again.
I've just closed the issue, as it's a very old bug. But I have also manually patched your site.
I believe the situation is that they followed the shorter link to manually entered the code, and it's this form that fails. The full link works correctly.
