Try the "Enable name highlighting" option too, under Forum/member options IIRC.

I'll assume that was the issue, unless I hear back. I think in v10.1/v11 we already updated the highlight name eCommerce (formally point store, as in v10) option to only show up if name highlighting was enabled in CNS.
