We apologize for the instability of composr.app and appreciate your patience. We are working on the statistics addon and trying to find an optimal way to store and render data. Unfortunately, we have yet to find a solution that can handle the traffic (and therefore, tens of millions of statistical records) of composr.app. We're working hard on one.
#2765 - Annotations do not work on making a theme pdf
I have just tested in Adobe's PDF viewer, and Preview on a Mac and it's fine.
Your PDF viewer doesn't support annotations, which is unfortunate because annotations are very much a core PDF feature.
I can see it not working in Google Chrome, but Google seem to have just fixed the bug for future versions (it'll be a few months at least I'd guess):
