The screen is there, with the entry in the table. The link on the entry isn't pointing to the entry, it is pointing at the current page, the entry moniker is missing from the generated URL. This is the Links catalogue, not just catalogues in general.
Can you attach a screenshot to show exactly what link you mean?
More likely is something like the URL field of the link entry being empty, so the link doesn't go anywhere for that reason (i.e. the link being for the entry's URL field as opposed to being a link to view the entry).
Okay, I assumed the link would go to a page with more details and where people could comment (like most other catalogues) so that was confusion on my part.
Same problem though, the link opens in a new window, but it's the "page=catalogues&type=category&catalogue_name=links" page, not the destination url.
Wait, no, you're right. It fails in a different way on dev mode but I didn't notice because dev mode takes you to example.com (due to our base URL trick to find use of relative URLs) AND I was testing with example.com too.
