Returns zone:page for me, and I couldn't find any trouble when stepping through the code or analysing the code.

Hmm that's weird. And The Lovinity Community+ was even a fresh install of beta4 (not an upgrade from beta3 or beta2). It only returns the zone for me (or returns nothing if on the welcome zone).
