#2273 - Activity feed: s_update_get_data is not defined

I can't reproduce, but I did spot that the main_activities_state block uses that function without loading the 'activities' JavaScript file. That meant if the block was used alone, it wouldn't work. That *may* be related to it, so I'm going to mark as can't reproduce and give you that fix, and if you still have an issue please reopen and point me to where I can see.
