CORRECTION: The error is unrelated to sitewide IM setting. It's related to when you have chat statistics enabled for the statistics block. By Guest posted 10th Feb 2016, 10:50 PM Fixed this and re-tested site-wide IMs. Fixed some issues. The re-opening of windows you mentioned is gone, but it does use a window.
