You didn't mention your browser, but your profile says you're using Chrome.
I can't reproduce and it doesn't resemble something I've seen, or come up for CKEditor with a quick Google. However, a likely cause is a Chrome addon you have doing it.
If you can show a Jing screencast (or some other screencast, I don't mind the software), where all Chrome addons are disabled, and it's still doing it, I'll re-open.
Thanks, I appreciate the effort recording that. It would also help if you could paste the source HTML from the editor into a post, just in case that has an impact (so go to WYSWIYG source view and copy from there).
I noticed your own theme is active, so went to see if perhaps it is caused by this. I'm testing via WYSIWYG on the recommend module, as that's public. However I am getting some errors testing from cloudflare...

Hmm I come bearing other news. My setting for asking Google for spelling suggestions was never enabled during this time, but there seems to be another spell checker somewhere on my computer because I still get corrected, even in this text box.
EDIT: I take that back. Strangely there are two spell checking options in Chrome. One was enabled and the other wasn't. So I disabled both.

This may be your server "rate limiting" cloudflare, if it is getting too many hits via it and doesn't know what it is.
You may want to disable it.
First, I disabled HTTPS, since prior to a hotfix this was causing the WYSIWYG editor to not load. HTTPS disabled did not resolve the issue.
I also disabled Cloudflare for the domain lovinity.org . Unfortunately that did not resolve the issue either.
