#1680 - Recode the Zencoder support

We removed Zencoder from the v11 branch. The future approach to transcoding will be via something like YouTube - i.e. YouTube acts as transcoding service effectively. Of course that does mean you have to use the YouTube player, but I don't think that's a problem.
