You did not mention what you were upgrading from. My best guess is you were upgrading from v8 (or maybe v7, I can't remember) where we had not integrated buttons into the WYSIWYG editor. If you look closer the WYSIWYG editor now contains those buttons.

Regardless, this is an inappropriate place for a vague conversational report - please do that on the forum.
