Also consider renaming the topicview module to viewtopic and the forumview module to viewforum:

If we do this we'll need to recommend upgraders deploy some rewrite URLs.

Also create a keep_no_short_url parameter, for temporarily disabling short URLs when deciding on match-keys.
Document it in explanation of match keys, as well as Code Book.

'misc' is now 'browse', and the framework will omit it if there is no 'id' value provided in the URL.
