I added a temporary fix. It appears that the smart cache for NEEDED_MONIKERS is populating unnecessary monikers and causing this bug to happen. Smart cache thinks it needs all these monikers, but it doesn't.

I bypassed the smart cache; monikers are always loaded individually on demand, for now, until we can improve how the smart cache works for this. It appears that viewing catalogue entries is now much faster.

This is also causing the sitemap XML generator to spike server resource use

Actually, this is an issue with URL monikers being aggressive with loading into $LOADED_MONIKERS_CACHE. See attachment for a very long query.
