multi-language installer step 1

Hi all,

I'm working on italian translation of Composr.

I have 1 request for you:

 I'm translating the installation procedure and the step 1 is in english despite the file installer.ini (lang_custom/IT/installer.ini) is translated in italian.
Step 1 is very important because give at the user a lot of information and I think that an italian guy (or spanish, french, etc...) would be glad to read those info in his own language. 
It would not be difficult to add a php function to get the language from the browser header in way to have the first installer step in the user language.

Certainly, thanks for your enthusiasm - I'll take a look at this now.

Ok that's done .

It will auto-detect on that first step via language header. Also you can pass in like install.php ?lang=IT to force the default (some people don't set their browsers correctly especially if they live in English-speaking countries).

The "Currently we do not directly ship additional languages" message will now only show if there are no other language packs present.

So, you can direct people to upload the installer, then immediately upload the extracted contents of a language pack, and then go to ?lang=IT and it will install in Italian.

We don't currently bundled any translations with the installer.

Translations are community projects and can be downloaded from here:
https://compo.sr/transifex.htm
(the page will take a bit of time to generate)
