Is this a new addon?

Also, my input is that the speed should be slower, I was trying to read and it flashes by very quickly.

I am excited to incorporate it in my composr sites

It's just some jQuery code. I'd Google for something like jquery text slider and you'll find a few, along with setup instructions.

New compo.sr site in progress, the testimonials stuff will be implemented very differently.
