What template displays ' Standards checker notices'?

I must make some modifications to this template, but the page rendering tool doesn't seem to go past the "Extra checks to perform when previewing" box (unless I'm just not seeing it)

To confirm, it's the data/preview.php iframe that displays when enabling web standards checking and clicking the "preview" button – the template for this is what I'm looking for.
